BRAZIL BOURBON SANTOS FANCY Considered the finest coffee produced in Brazil. The small fragrant beans make a fair roast with a mild, unique and smooth flavor. The coffee is rich and full-bodied with moderate acidity that sharpens with age. Often used for blending.
COSTA RICAN TARRAZU The highest grade. Grown primarily in the countryside surroundings of San Jose. A medium-bodied coffee possessing a smooth richness, fine tangy aroma and lively acidity which is never aggressive. Produces a well rounded cup, and brings out best in other beans when used in a blend.
GUATEMALAN ANTIGUA Grown in Antigua -- the most celebrated coffee growing district in Guatemala -- at altitudes 4,500 feet or higher. A medium to full-bodied coffee, distinctively aromatic, lively and tangy with soft acidity and an almost spicy/smokey flavor. Widely considered to be the perfectly balanced coffee.
MEXICAN FINO ALTURA The highest grade. Grown in the High Sierras of Southern Mexico. A light to medium-bodied coffee with a pleasantly sharp, acidy tone, and a lightly nutty flavor & aroma. Delicate. It's a flavorful cup. Should be served black.
JAMAICA BLUE MOUNTAIN The world's rarest and most celebrated coffee. sweet, mellow and full-bodied with a perfect balance between aroma, body and acidity. (Not roasted on the premises -- special ordered in small amounts when available).
