The first shipment will contain two half-pounds of our fine coffees. With it, we’ll include a list of our coffees and a questionnaire asking the gift recipient to indicate his/her coffee preferences and the frequency of the shipments.

The recipient may choose to leave the coffee selection to us. In which case, each month’s selection will be different. But we definitely need input on the frequency. We wouldn’t want the coffee to pile up and go stale. The recipient can chose to get the coffee shipped every 3-weeks, 4-weeks, 5-weeks, etc..
