Returning and Refunds

Coffee is perishable and cannot be returned for any reason. If you have a problem with the coffee you received, call us and we’ll work something out.
Coffee of the Month Subscriptions are non-refundable once the first shipment is sent. However, these subscriptions are customizable. The recipient will be sent a questionnaire with the first installment to customize the subscription. If there is any problem going forward, call us and we’ll work something out.
Damaged or defective merchandise will be replaced for free under certain conditions. See below.

Damaged Merchandise:  We ask that you document the condition of your damaged order at arrival, by taking a few photos and calling the store to alert us to the issue. You will receive a call back from Ahrre Maros, the owner, ASAP, to resolve the issue.
We ask that you ship the damaged merchandise back to us within one week of receipt. We will reimburse you for the ‘return’ shipping charge. Please send your package prepaid and insured to the following address:

Credit from your return will be applied to any new order. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of manufacturer’s defects. If you cancel your order, shipping and handling costs will not be refunded if the item has already shipped from Ahrre’s Coffee Roastery.
