The flavor is distinguished more by the degree of roast than by the particular beans used. Ahrre uses a blend of dense, hard Arabica beans from Latin America because these beans develop the dark-roast flavor better and will stand up to the heat and duration of the roast. The flavor is dominated by the smokey “burnt” nuance of the ebony colored beans.This coffee is suitable for use in espresso machines, although it is tasty when made in any brewer. The aroma is balanced and complex, and the flavor is intense, full- bodied, and rich with natural oils.
